This course will cover OWCP’s policy with regards to claims for COVID-19 under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). We will summarize the enhanced filing process and adjudication procedures for COVID disability, death, and vaccine-related claims. The course will also provide helpful tips for agency representatives to assist in the adjudicatory process and discuss ARPA’s impact on agency chargeback.
